Our Operations
A summary of our active operational programmes across flare gas commercialisation, gas processing infrastructure, and technical advisory deployments.
What We Do On The Ground
Operator of Jisike Flare Site.
Zipora is the Operator of the Jisike Flare Site, awarded by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) under the Nigerian Gas Flare Commercialisation Programme (NGFCP).
Our operations are being developed around a clear mandate: to capture, process, and monetise flare gas that would otherwise be wasted — transforming it into a reliable and cleaner energy source for industry.
At the Jisike Flowstation, we will offtake flare gas directly from the field operator and channel it into an integrated processing system designed for efficiency, scalability, and long-term value creation.
Our operational model will be structured across three key stages:
1. Gas Capture & Compression
We will deploy modular compression infrastructure capable of handling up to 1 MMScf/d (Phase 1), ensuring efficient recovery of flare gas at source.
2. Processing & Conditioning
Captured gas will be treated to meet commercial specifications, making it suitable for a range of industrial and energy applications.
3. Distribution & Market Delivery
From our planned mother station, compressed natural gas will be delivered to industrial and commercial users, supporting fuel switching away from diesel and reducing both operating costs and emissions.
Zipora has successfully secured all required regulatory alignments and approvals under the NGFCP framework, positioning the project for execution within a fully compliant and de-risked structure. With this foundation firmly in place, current development activities are focused on:
- Engineering design (FEED) and technical optimisation
- Finalisation of site acquisition and early works
- Equipment procurement and execution partnerships
Our initial product will be Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). We are targeting commencement of operations in Q1 2027, with a phased execution strategy that enables disciplined scale-up across additional flare sites over time.

Operational Focus Areas
Where we create the most impact.
Our operational programmes are structured around four core activity areas, each aligned to our service specialisations.
01
Flare Gas Capture & Recovery
On-site engineering and project management for flare gas capture systems — including site surveys, equipment procurement coordination, and phased recovery implementation.
02
Gas Processing Programmes
Support for gas processing facility commissioning, optimisation, and expansion — ensuring recovered gas is properly treated and ready for commercial utilisation or distribution.
03
Technical Advisory Deployments
Embedded and project-based consultancy support for operators requiring expert guidance on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure planning.
04
Commercial Structuring & Offtake
Support in developing the commercial frameworks needed to convert operational gas output into revenue — including offtake negotiations, supply agreements, and regulatory submissions.
