An operator built to convert stranded gas into commercial value.

Zipora Gas Limited is the operator of the Jisike Flare Site under the Nigerian Gas Flare Commercialisation Programme (NGFCP). The Company was established to capture and commercialise associated natural gas that would otherwise be flared, converting it into Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) for industrial, commercial, and energy consumers across Southern Nigeria.

The Company's flagship project, the Jisike Flare Gas Commercialisation Project in Imo State, represents a commercially attractive opportunity to transform an environmental liability into a sustainable energy solution while supporting Nigeria's Decade of Gas initiative and broader energy transition objectives.

Turning an environmental liability into an energy solution.

Nigeria continues to flare valuable natural gas while industries face high energy costs and unreliable fuel supply. Zipora converts this wasted resource into commercially valuable compressed natural gas through a fully permitted NGFCP project.

The Company's initial market includes upstream operators requiring gas for gas lift operations, the host flow station, wholesale CNG distributors, manufacturing companies, captive power users, and industrial process heat consumers. Future expansion will include additional processing capacity and gas-to-liquids (GTL) production.

A competitive position built on de-risked fundamentals.

Zipora's competitive position is underpinned by several key advantages that significantly reduce project development risk.

01

Exclusive rights to commercialise the Jisike Flare Site under the NGFCP.

02

Secure access to low-cost flare gas feedstock.

03

Strategic project location approximately 200 metres from the flare source.

04

Identified anchor customers providing an immediate route to market.

05

Experienced management team with expertise in engineering, gas commercialisation, and upstream oil and gas.

06

Scalable platform with significant expansion potential.

07

Principal commercial agreements already executed, significantly reducing project development risk.

Substantially de-risked through completed milestones.

Regulatory, commercial, and technical milestones completed as at 4th August 2026.
