Emerging from the Zipora Consortium, an alliance formed in 2018 and formally incorporated in 2023, Zipora Gas brings together the strengths of three integrated energy entities: Andiba Gas and Power Integrated Infrastructure Development Company Limited (Lead Company), UD Integrated Petroleum Products Company Nigeria Limited, and Eurafric Energy Limited. Each contributes a distinct capability, but together they form a unified platform designed to unlock stranded energy value across Nigeria's upstream landscape.
Zipora Gas Limited is the Operator of the Jisike Flare Site FS_040 under a Permit to Access Flare Gas issued by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) in December 2026, within the framework of the Nigerian Gas Flare Commercialization Program (NGFCP). This milestone was not accidental; it reflects technical discipline, regulatory alignment, and a clear commitment to structured gas utilisation scale.
Zipora is positioned to capture flare gas at source and convert it into commercially viable, environmentally responsible energy solutions. This includes gas processing, aggregation, and supply systems designed to serve industrial demand while advancing Nigeria's broader energy transition objectives.
Beyond infrastructure, Zipora represents a philosophy: that waste is only failure when it is not converted into value. Every molecule of gas flared carries economic, environmental, and generational loss. Zipora exists to correct that imbalance.
